Assignment: A technology current event is defined as any newsworthy information regarding technology that has happened within the last month. Such events may include technology businesses, software, new products, changes in technology, etc. The articles must have some depth to them. Half-page articles and press releases are insufficient unless there's something exceptional about them. Current event is worth 40 points.
Procedure: Students will search the Internet for current newsworthy events in technology and write a paper that presents facts and opinions on their topic. The paper must be one page typed and double-spaced. Please share your on microsoft teams in the appropriate folder that Mr. Williamson has made.

- Article Summary: At least one paragraph (3-5 sentence) summary of the facts dealing with the event. (10 pts)
- Editorial: At least one paragraph (3-5 sentence) describing your opinion of the current event. (10 pts)
- Impact: At least one paragraph (3-5 sentence) describing how the event may or may not affect you and those around you. (10 pts)
